IACUC 101-basic information course that includes a one-day training and interactive discovery fundamentals IACUC members and IACUC flavoured, IACUC subsidiaries and individuals responsible for their institution's animal care program. The course contains basic information yet comprehensive overview of the laws, regulations and policies that govern humane care and use of animals in research.
Meeting information Requirements of Animal Welfare Act: AWIC workshop is a one-day workshop for people who are responsible for the information in the field of Animal Welfare Act (AWA). This workshop is targeted to the principal investigators, IACUCs, information providers, administrators and members of the programs that use animal veterinarians. all participants receive a resource manual. Each participant must bring their own wireless enabled laptop during the operation of the workshop.

Continuing education
IACUC 101 workshop was reviewed and approved by the American Association of Veterinary State boards (AAVSB) RACE programme 6.5 hours of continuing education credits in the jurisdictions that recognize AAVSB RACE approval. contact race@aavsb.org AAVSB RACE program, if you have any comments/concerns regarding the relevance of this programme or veterinary profession.
AWIC workshop and symposium has been made (but not yet approved) hours of continuing education credit in jurisdictions that recognize AAVSB RACE approval; however, participants should be aware that some tables for limits on the eligibility of certain categories and/or supply of continuing education, as well as the limitation of fishing effort relating to certain methods accept the number of hours.
